Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BTS System Leading Expert to join a global team known for its comprehensive product portfolios in the ICT sector.
This global frontrunner is a Client continuously growing and leading the charge towards future 5G wireless systems through standardization, research, and pre-development efforts.
About the Role:
As a BTS System Expert, you'll lead and participate in research activities focused on B5G and 6G BTS architecture and key enabling technologies.
Your role will involve defining the vision for the future, innovating new technologies, and evaluating the performance of proposed solutions through simulation and analysis. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including system design, product design, and product management, you'll analyze requirements, define system and product architecture, and verify solutions to drive innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on B5G and 6G BTS architecture and key enabling technologies, driving innovation through analysis of requirements.
Define the vision for the future and innovate new technologies for 6G system BTS network.
Evaluate the performance of new ideas/architectures through simulation and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define system and product architecture, and verify solutions.
Qualification Requirements:
Advanced PhD in Communication Engineering, BTS system architecture, Signal Processing, System Algorithm, Microwave Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent background with more than 10 years of experience.
Strong background in wireless BTS system architecture, system Algorithm, Radio Frequency hardware system, etc.
Deep knowledge of multi-antenna and RF hardware systems, system architecture, and algorithms such as PHY layer 1 algorithms, precoding, decoding, and scheduling algorithms.
Good understanding of channel models, wireless propagation, BTS network solutions, etc.
Experience in Matlab, Python, C, C++ programming languages.
Knowledgeable about Layer 1 and Layer 2 algorithms in LTE, NR, or other wireless systems.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with hardware experts, antenna experts, algorithm experts, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
